His litigation experience includes cases involving defective vehicles, unsafe medical devices, pharmaceutical claims, trucking and 18-wheeler collisions, and serious injury resulting in permanent disability or death. Mr. Nalley has also represented governmental entities and corporations of all sizes in business, real estate, probate, domestic, and general litigation matters throughout Arkansas.

Education
John Doyle Nalley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1981. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1986, graduating with honors.
Mr. Nalley was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1986 and is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
Community Service and Leadership
Community involvement has been an important part of John Doyle Nalley’s career. He has served as volunteer legal counsel for the Boys & Girls Club in both Benton and Bryant, the Benton Senior Adult Center, and the Christian Community Care Clinic, which provides free medical care to Saline County residents.
John Doyle has also served in leadership roles within the community, including as a past board member of the Benton Boys & Girls Club and the Summit Bank Board. He currently serves as a Trustee at Sharon Baptist Church and as Co-Trustee of the Chester and Bonnie McNeil Charitable Trust.
In recognition of his service, John Doyle was named a “Hometown Hero” by the Bryant Boys & Girls Club in 2012.
Family
John Doyle Nalley and his wife have been married for 39 years and are the parents of two children. Their son, Chance Nalley, is a partner at Lovell, Nalley & Nalley. John Doyle enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and remaining actively involved in the Benton community.
